I'm trying to find out what is wrong here. Just to say, I did go to the doctor already but they wanted to tell me it was nothing truly wrong that an OTC cream couldn't fix. However, it keeps popping up out of nowhere okay. Even if I put cream on what's already there, it would still come back or spread. I have dark flat circles coming up on my skin. Where they are, its mainly dry. Its on my back and a little on my shoulders. They are mid sized. Has anyone heard of this before?
