Can anyone tell me what they think is the best eye cream?

i have dark circles under my eyes and the weather out is making my face dry, so under my eyes (and my eyelids) are unbelieveably dry and flaky. what i need is a really good eye cream that is going to work on my dark circles and eliminate my flaky dry skin. please help me if you know of a great moisturizing eye cream. thank you!!!

For price you cannot beat Oil of Olay products. Their anti aging line is awesome. Use their sun protection moisturiser daily and night creams. my skin is never dry and looks dewy and radiant since using their stuff. It does not leave any sticky residue and does not sting if you get it in your eyes. PS you may have allergies if your skin is flaky around your eyes. Try claritin too.

Reply:i found clinique all about eyes works on dark circle and eliminate lines. You might not see result right away, but after couple of wks you'll see improvement. At the mean time use some concealer to cover the dark circle.

Reply:Nivea has a good eye cream and for a more expensive eye cream, Philosophy has a great one that is not greasy.

i apply mine in the morning before makeup, and at night before bed. it is best to use a separate eye cream since the skin around the eyes is more sensitive and delicate than the rest of your skin, and these creams are mafde specifically for those areas.
