What brands of (non-oily) foundation is best for Filipino skin?

Hi i need cheap brands of liquid/cream foundation which is non-oily and suited for someone with sensitive skin. Which brands are best for Filipino skin (dark-olive tone)? I can only spend within the price ranges of Covergirl, Maybelline, Revlon and Loreal. If possible can u pls suggest actual tones within that brand.

I would say maybelline and loreal is the best. Check out strawberrynet.com they have products super cheap with all the colors listed
