Should i use cream bleach?

i recently noticed that i have small hairs growing on the corners of my lip. i was wondering if i use cream bleach what kind should i use and will it increase hair growth? im 12 too. i dont want to wax cuz i no that will hurt. and ill probly only use it for winter cuz in summer i get tan and it will pronly blend in with my skin.o yea, will it also affect my skin at all?

it may affect your skin because you may have an allergic reaction to some chemicals in the bleach. the best thing to do (i know it hurts) is wax or pluck. if you really want to bleach the hairs use a well known, reputable brand such as veet or nair.
