Is it necessary to use a pre bleach cream before bleaching your face using an oxy bleach?

i have sensitive skin and i recently bought an oxy bleach that said that using a prebleach cream 'enhances' the process.but is it okay to not to use it ,considering the fact that i have sensitive skin and the quantity provided along with the pack wud suffice for only one use..?pls advise about the best way to bleach and all..

- good quality (and safer) skin whiteners


2. high spf sunscreen to block both UVA and UVB rays


3. your moisturizers


4. vitamin C
