Skin problem on my hand?

Hi, im having slight skin problem on my hand, there are a couple of black patches and the skin has stated to crack, so i get little cuts, which leaves my hand stinging. i had the same thing around this time last year, any ideas on what it could be, or can you reccomend a hand cream i should use to prevent this,

i dont care about the minor stinging, i just dont want these black patches on my hand it looks as if i havent washed it in weeks,

thanks.

Skin problem on my hand?
same problem here. it's the winter weather. ur hands are chapping, similar to how lips chap.

use chapstick on ur hands or vaseline or cortizone. avoid carmex cuz it will burn n irritate. hand sanitizer worsens it.

washing ur hands with powerful soaps without moisturizing afterwards compounds the problem.
Reply:buy no marks cream
Reply:the salt in your sweat causes the stinging, use gloves at work and rub olive oil in to the skin after washing your hands, carry some in a little bottle,it helps.Lorry drivers used to suffer badly from this when roping and sheeting loads, till their hands became concrete lumps.
Reply:the best thing is to go to your doctor if not try a pharmacist
Reply:see your doc. you may be allergic to something. there are lots of different creams that your doc can try. my bf had a similar problem and the last cream he got actually worked. you need to get it seen professionally. over the counter remedies are not worth it.
Reply:My friend had the same thing, turned out it was a fungus. Sounds weird but jock itch cream and a lotion called "working hands".
