I have very dry skin, during summer time and winter time. When my skin is exposed to high u.v during the summer time, it itches really badly, especially my skull. During winter time, when the heat is on my neck, and my face gets so itchy that i can't even sleep at night. I've tried putting on many types of cream and lotion, and it doesn't help.
