Those creams can make you look better temporarily but to *really* firm the skin and/or improve cellulite you have to address the underlying muscle tissue and fat issues and topical creams can't really do that.
An interesting study was done on cellulite creams about, I'd say off the top of my head, about 15 years ago. They found that the creams that instructed you to "massage for 5 minutes" worked much better than the ones that just said to rub them in. They did further studies and guess what? It's the MASSAGE--not the cream that improves your cellulite.
I hope that helps.
Do those creams that promise to firm your skin and rid of cellulite , bla bla, really work?
I have been using Cream/ Lotion for Cellulite, saw a small percentage of results!
I guess it's that U you need to be LONG on it -maybe 2 years- to REEEAAlly see something Perfect.
I didn't bother buy them anymore.
Exercising: Walking %26amp; not Sitting too long would be better -in my opinion- 'Doe.
